The retailing of both models is slated to commence from February 2020. Bajaj Auto for the release of Husqvarna in India stated that it is going to be Probiking Business Unit. The following range of models will be handled under the premium motorcycle vertical range.
With the launch of the Swedish Motorcycle brand in India, Bajaj is also targeting to own nearly 50 percent of the Indian market for premium bikes. Taking small steps at a time, the brand is upgrading the KTM showrooms for the promotion of each and every KTM and Husqvarna efficiency bikes in India. President of Bajaj Auto (Pro-biking segment), Sumeet Narang stated that premium bikes are gaining huge recognition in India from the past 5 years. The two broader segments of motorcycles are gaining the attention of the rides that include the high-performance machines and top-notch design structure.
He further is expected that Husqvarna may gain more success that KTM in the coming years. And this could come to light with the right implementation of strategy, planning, marketing, production and growth.
